Satay Goreng


The receipe I managed to get long time ago.If I not mistaken I bookmarked it since 2008 and now I ready to make it.This receipe adapted from Zay Dubai,UAE. The whole family of mine love so much eat satay, but unfortunately we don’t have the luxury of eating satay while living here.Taali hunna how to make the satay without grill them outside and we can cook them in kitchen.



Bahan
1 kilo daging kambing/lembu/ayam-cuci & tos,potong kecil
150g gula pasir
100g gula merah
100g madu
2sk garam
3 sb ketumbar biji – sangar *
2sk jintan halus-sangar*
1sb lada sulah biji*
6 ulas bawang putih*
½ jari halia*
2 hiris lengkuas*
4 batang serai-hiris*
½ jari kunyit hidup*

bahan bertanda * hendaklah dikisar tetapi jgn terlalu halus

Caranya
1.Gaul bahan kisar pada daging/ayam bersama gula, garam dan madu hingga rata & perap selama 1 jam @ boleh disimpan dalam peti sejuk semalaman.
2.Panaskan minyak & goreng daging / ayam hingga empuk.Masukkan ½ senduk minyak dan goreng hingga kering (biarkan naik minyak dan basah2 sedikit)
3.Hidangkan dgn kuah kacang,timun,ketupat dan bawang.
