1.Hati ayam direbus setengah masak>kemudian digoreng.<br />
2.masukkan sedikit minyak dalam kuali.Tumis semua bahan hirisan hingga naik bau<br />
3.Masukkan pati asam dan belacan, kayu manis, bunga lawang, lada hitam dan kicap.<br />
4.Masukkan hati ayam,kacau dan masukkan sedikit garam dan serbuk perasa.<br />
5.Biar kuah kicap hampir pekat, angkat hati ayam dan selamat makan..<br />
